Silver Springs is located at a prominent corner in West Hollywood, at Melrose and San Vicente, across from the Pacific Design Center. The project was a gut renovation of a former furniture showroom and manufacturing facility. The base building improvements included an upgraded electrical service and distribution, all new HVAC system, new roofing and exterior doors and windows.

On the interior, Land Office designed two hot yoga studios, one for large group classes, and a smaller studio for private instruction. The two spaces are accessed from a reception area with a small boutique, which leads to a lounge space, where patrons are encouraged to socialize before and after class.

For a building with a relatively small footprint, the facility also features three locker rooms, a private office, and small outdoor garden. Built-ins include a custom settee, reception desk and display millwork, cubbies and lockers for storage, and recessed shelving for yoga mats, weights, and other equipment. The interiors are hung with mobiles and artwork from the studio founder's family collection.
