Land Office is committed to good design and getting it built.
As a project-focused practice, we respond to the needs, aspirations, and parameters of each client specifically and effectively. Our work draws on both our strong design skills and our solid grasp of construction standards, building codes, and permit approvals.
Land Office clients benefit from our prior experience realizing major projects at high-profile architectural offices. Our goal is to bring that level of talent and professionalism to every project, especially local and community-oriented efforts. We strive for the best balance of the ambitious and the achievable in all our work.
Land Office has collaborated productively with a deep bench of engineers and consultants that we can call on to assemble a project team. We can also reach out to specialty consultants through this network when needed. Our emphasis is on cultural and commercial projects in Los Angeles and Southern California, as well as projects of all types where Land Office is a good fit for the client's goals.
