Entirely reworked street facades leverage the site’s visibility along Lincoln Boulevard. New custom solid oak shop windows and entries are a stylish and sustainable alternative to conventional aluminum-framed storefronts. In line with Venice's casual feel, they give the building a substantial presence that requires no applied decoration.
On the interior, Land Office combined three separate tenant spaces into a relaxed, loft-like space that accommodates evolving retail layouts and seasonal merchandising. Support rooms are condensed into a discreet zone toward the rear, set off to one side to make space for a welcoming roll-up door entry from the parking area.
